چکیده
In this work the comfortability of dual-phase automotive steel DP600 is studied through uniaxial tensile tests and V-die bending in different directions relative to rolling direction. A microstructural analysis was also carried out each characteristic region deformation zone, evidencing changes morphology microstructure grains. Additionally, plastic anisotropy material by implementing constitutive models known as Hill-48 Barlat-89. The results showed an increase elastic recovery at 45 ° 90 from This variation can be attributed martensite that created preferential location zones within during process. two Barlat-89 correctly describe yield surface obtained experimental out. simulation using finite element method model gave satisfactory prediction compared with test.

High Temperature Behavior of Dual Phase Steels
Dual phase steels with different martensite volume fraction and morphology were tensile tested at a temperature range of 25 to 5500C. Stress-strain curves of all steels showed serration flow at temperatures of 250 and 3500C, and smooth flow at the other temperatures. Both yield and ultimate tensile strengths increased with increasing testing temperature up to about 450<sup...
متن کاملUltra-Fine Grained Dual-Phase Steels
This paper provides an overview on obtaining low-carbon ultra-fine grained dual-phase steels through rapid intercritical annealing of cold-rolled sheet as improved materials for automotive applications. A laboratory processing route was designed that involves cold-rolling of a tempered martensite structure followed by a second tempering step to produce a fine grained aggregate of ferrite and ca...
متن کاملFE2TI: Computational Scale Bridging for Dual-Phase Steels
A scale bridging approach combining the FE method with parallel domain decomposition (FETI) is presented. The FETI approach is used in the project “EXASTEEL Bridging Scales for Multiphase Steels” (within the German priority program “Software for Exascale Computing SPPEXA”) for the simulation of modern dual-phase steels. This approach incorporates phenomena on the microscale into the macroscopic...
